Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at admin@frontrow.ai with pictures of the damaged items.

Step 2) Fill out and submit the competition document with your name, order reference number and the email that you used to make the purchase.

Each individual photo card purchased = 1 entry. The purchase cut off date is the 12th of April 12AM BST. You can still purchase after the 12th but it will not count as a valid entry in the giveaway (subject to availability) Good luck!
